Good News and Bad News....

Bad news first...my new computer is BROKEN!!! It's going back to Surcoef tomorrow and I'm not sure when I'll have it back again. I'll be taking an unwelcome blogging vacation until it's fixed.

Good news....I finally saw my first mouse in the metro!!! I have been looking for mice in the metro, day and night, for more than 2 years. I was with Leesa and Barbara and I shrieked in delight (which startled both of them) when I saw the cute little brown critter run under the tracks. What a great day!!

Good luck with your computer!

PS : That wasn't a mouse, it was a rat! I saw four the other day at the same platform in Paris. They were taking turns coming up on the platform to eat out of the garbage. :-)

Wow, at least someone is happy to see those ugly creatures!

Oh, and maybe I'll see you on Sunday - not ugly at all, may I add;)

Justin - It was definitely a mouse. It was cute, small and brown. Leesa and Barbara saw it also. However, they weren't nearly as excited as I was.

Susu - As of right now, I'm planning on meeting you in Montparnasse. Enjoy your Saturday!

Hi Noëlle,

As for your good news, I'm not too excited about mice since I had a mouse problem a month back. I had 'em in my pantry !! Ever since we have had contruction work underground in our street, we have been having mice come & raid us !

As for the bad news, if Leesa reads this and can pass on the message... if you need a loaner for a longer period, I have a lap top too.We have a second computer ( a big PC).

Hugs to ya.

You can see them at Porte Maillot in the middle of that place in front of Palais des Congrès. How did they get here , nobody knows ...
